oh played soccer today.. fell down. grazed my right knee and left arm.. chao pain.. how to do PT like that.. aiyah. see how la. if realli cmi i go see MO tml lo.. get some cream and excuse long 4 or something.. anyway.. i'll be booking out next sat again. in on sun. out on wed. in on thurs, field camp 2 weeks confined. yeah.

so far lost 3 kg alr.. still cannot do pull ups on my own.. have to keep training ah. ippt cat test next friday.

nothing else much to say alr.. not enough time spent with family and dice this weekend. quite saddening.. oh well. gotta get used to it, i guess. at least for the next 1 and half months. after sit test can book out on friday le.. long weekends til the block leave..
